Thorough investigation and validation in our test environment also ensure technical accuracy of the solution.
Managed Service Delivery
Your Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will manage the whole maintenance support lifecycle for your system. SDM comprehends and regularly reports the status of the incidents or inquiries in your system. In the case of major issue/failure, SDM as a coordinator between INTELLILINK support team and Oracle works to accelerate the resolution of the problem by offering a clear path to the goal.
