Case Study-1

AI-based travel-bot for foreigners visiting Japan

In recent years, the number of foreign visitors to Japan has been increasing.
To ensure that these rapidly increasing foreign visitors do not face any problems in Japan, we conducted a proof-of-concept experiment (PoC) of an interactive guidance chatbot. This chatbot provides consultation services in English for transportation, lodging, and other services in Japan.
Our ability to handle bilingual projects is our major strength.

Case Study-2

AI-based chatbots

We have participated in the "Joint Demonstration and Experiment of Automated Response by AI" conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Taxation starting from May 2018.
We are planning to use the AI/chatbot implementation process and results obtained from this demonstration experiment, at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Taxation, as our model case. We will develop an implementation process and template so that other local governments can also utilize AI/chatbots, and support local governments nationwide in improving their operational efficiency and services.
Of course, this can also be applied to specifications that can be used to respond to inquiries in the private sector.

AI-based diagnostic imaging systems

Demonstration of AI-based diagnostic imaging system was conducted at a medical institution in India.
AI technology is used to analyze X-ray photographs with the aim of assisting physicians in making more accurate and efficient diagnoses.
In the future, we intend to further improve the accuracy and make the diagnostic imaging system more practical.

Case Study-4

Automatic checking of ID photos

With the help of our system, you can check the appropriateness of your photograph required as ID proof for employee ID cards. the system automatically determines how well the photo looks and assigns OK or NG (Not Good). We are currently working on the PoC.

Case Study-5

Automation of back-office operations by reading OCR forms

In administrative work such as invoice processing, the accuracy of OCR reading can be improved by automatically identifying the type of form, thereby reducing the burden on back-office operations. We are currently in PoC phase, but we are working on the practical application.
