Information Security Policy

NTT DATA INTELLILINK Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "NTT DATA") considers the appropriate protection of all information assets used in its activities as an important management issue in the light of the recent increase in information security risks and their possible impact on our business activities.

We are committed to managing information security risks, and based on this philosophy, we will ensure that all our executives, employees and collaborators are aware of and comply with our "Information Security Policy"and the separately referenced "Privacy Policy"formulated by taking into account the following considerations.

1.Information Security Management System

We will appoint a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and establish an information security management system centering on the "Information Security Committee" under the supervision of the CISO. We will promote an information security management system (ISMS) based on the responsibility and authority of the risk owner overseeing each business.

This will protect all information assets used by our company from various threats and will also establish a system for prompt recovery in the event that damage should become apparent.

2.Promotion of businesses that pay attention to information security

We shall promote ISMS with emphasis on the following items

1. Promotion of information and communication technology-related business with attention to information security
2. Protection and management of confidential information (including personal information) received from customers and business partners
3. Compliance with the requirements of laws, regulations, ordinances, etc. related to information security

3.Promotion of awareness-raising activities

We will conduct educational activities to raise awareness regarding information security among employees and collaborators.

4.Continuous Improvement

We will strive to follow and continuously improve our ISMS to meet the expectations of our customers and other internal and external stakeholders.
